Paola Genco is Business Process Solutions – Accounting Manager at Grant Thornton Argentina. She is a Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). In addition, she has attended courses in financial markets and soft skills such as time management and decision making.
Paola has more than 10 years of experience in accounting outsourcing entirely gained at Grant Thornton Argentina. She joined our firm as Semi-Senior in 2012. She was promoted to Senior (2015), Supervisor (2018) and Manager (2022). Previously, she worked in the administration and finance division of an important credit company.
During her career, Paola has gained expertise to stablish processes of internal control in order to achieve an accurate supervision of the workload, data collection and forecast, accounting and financial reports, conciliations, inflation calculations and adjustments, financial statements, certifications and filings to tax regulators, support during audits and the general achievements of her client’s benchmarks and results through meaningful business connections and understanding of growth and development possibilities according to each market.
