Why did you choose Grant Thornton to develop your career?

I came to Grant Thornton in search of developing my professional career. I am an accountant, graduated from the Universidad de los Andes in Venezuela and I arrived to Argentina 5 years ago in search of professional opportunities.

After working in various places, I have found in Grant Thornton an organised, structured company with values that has allowed me to develop professionally. I believe and value that it is very important for us as people to have the right to work, to be foreigners and to be treated equally with the same affection and respect as all locals.

What do you like most about your job?

In my job as an accountant, I like to see results. Results that ultimately add up to zero. And that is really valued by the team. Getting results, the support from colleagues, working as a family. If we have any problem, we have a teammate who lends a helping hand, offering support and encouragement. When you feel like you can't do it, you always have the backing of the team. That's something I really value about my experience at Grant Thornton, and I strongly encourage us to continue with that principle.

What do you value most about Grant Thornton?

One aspect that I always highlight about Grant Thornton is the respect and support for the family. And although we have the achievement of common goals, the family values have always been respected.

I become a mother while being in Grant Thornton and I always received a lot of support from all levels in this experience and support throughout the journey of being a mother. I believe that it is a very important aspect that we have to consider when choosing where to be and where to work, where to develop and where to do your bit.

When we are respected, we always feel better and are more loved. That is why I invite everyone who wants to be part of the Grant Thornton family to join this great team.

Choose Grant Thornton and be part of the experience.
