Our pillar: Mobility

You can start working in one division and then move on to another and have the opportunity to be part of the teams of important client companies, expanding your knowledge and experience.
But if you are also interested in having experience abroad, you will also be able to do so: Grant Thornton has an international mobility programme that gives you the chance to do an exchange at one of the 150 countries where we are present, and thus learn new work methodologies and immerse yourself in new cultures.

I felt it would be an interesting challenge to work at another Firm, to learn about their way of working and their methodology.
I was at Grant Thornton UK's office in London. I really liked the idea of being able to speak another language, report in another language and prove to myself that I could meet the challenge.
The most important challenge, or the most complex one, was being in an environment with a very different culture, having to work with the methodology that just changed and in another language. And what I enjoyed most was being able to overcome these challenges, the growth and being able to return to Argentina with a totally different maturity.
It's an experience I recommend to everyone because you work with people from different countries and learn about different cultures. Also, beyond work, you have the opportunity to discover another country, travel, and then bring back to Argentina what you learn and apply it here. The growth you experience working abroad is incomparable to other challenges out there.
