At Grant Thornton you are always facing new challenges, new projects, new clients... Things that make you jump a little further and take a little leap of learning, of growth.
Our team is made up of different consultants who are taking on new roles, new challenges, new teams and new clients all the time.
My advices to grow in your career are two:
The first is invest. Invest in you, invest in learning, invest in exposing you. And the second has to do with the last: Expose yourself to new challenges.
Don't be afraid, take that leap. Obviously you always have to see what leap you can make but trust that you can make a leap and live with that adrenaline of something that is not so much in your comfort zone. Once you have traveled that path, you will look back and realize how much you have grown and have learned.
