Matiana Behrends is Advisory Services Partner at Grant Thornton Argentina. She has a bachelor’s degree in Education from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Universidad Torcuato di Tella (UTDT).
She was Knowledge Management Professor in the Systems Engineering Degree at the Universidad de Palermo (UP) and a tutor for the MBA final project at the UTDT.
Matiana has more than 25 years of professional experience, both local and international. The latter includes projects in Perú, United States and United Kingdom. She is the partner responsible for the Human Capital division at Grant Thornton Argentina.
She has been involved in international assignments for the creation of e-Learnings, organizational learning, knowledge management, organizational development, business planning, entrepreneurship and executive coaching.
Matiana has vast experience developing communication plans, contents and e-Learning platforms and designing teaching materials, handouts, job aids and customized programs and training activities.
In 2004 she founded "Syllabus", an e-Learning consulting company that in 2016 merged with Grant Thornton Argentina. Some of the clients she worked with are Banco Santander Río, Telecom Argentina, Sony, Arcor, Cablevisión and AySA.
