Qualifications

Arturo Pérez is director of Grant Thornton Argentina’s Payroll BPS division. He has a bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations from the Universidad Nacional de La Matanza (UNLaM).

Experience

Arturo has more than 20 years of professional experience. He specializes in payroll settlement, administrative audit processes, payroll outsourcing and external audit in payroll and social security matters.

Before joining Grant Thornton in 2000, he worked as a Payroll senior at Estudio Lanata, Morilla y Asociados S.A., a tax, audit and administrative processes consulting firm and at Desiltta S.A., a temporary personnel company and payroll outsourcing firm, as a payroll semi-senior analyst.

He is experienced in working with large groups of personnel and with companies that has different collective work agreements. Some of his main achievements are:

• Design and implementation of procedures to generate an optimization of the relationship with external clients
• Establishment and leadership of work groups, where the teamwork and the professionalization of the area were the main priorities
• Implementation and rolling out payroll settlement systems (Bejerman/ Waldbott)
• Creation and implementation of training process and recruitment projects.
