Qualifications
Belén Fernández Mendy is Human Capital Management Project Leader in Advisory Services division at Grant Thornton Argentina. She holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad del Salvador (USAL) and is an advanced student of Architecture at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). She holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the Universidad del Cema (UCEMA). She has completed a course in Neurolinguistics and Creativity from the Universidad de Belgrano (UB) and various training courses in Visual Impact, Visual Communication, and Screenwriting.
She was an academic tutor at the Department of Psychology at USAL.
Experience
Belén has vast professional experience, both local and international. The latter includes projects in Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Peru, Uruguay, Mexico and the United States.
She has been involved in assignments for psychopedagogical analysis and content design for e-learning courses, coordination of processes and procedures in knowledge management projects and outplacement consulting. Belén has experience in the design of teaching and learning strategies. She is responsible for assembling the structure of the GT Academy - Empowered by Grant Thornton Argentina & Perú courses, including theoretical content, exercises and didactic activities.
Before joining Grant Thornton Argentina in 2022, Belén worked as a clinical psychologist at Institución Fernando Ulloa and as a Human Resources assistant and senior e-learning analyst at Consulting Partners.
Some of her most relevant clients at Grant Thornton Argentina are EDENOR Argentina, AySA, Nación Seguros, Banco Industrial (BIND), Arcor, YPF Luz, Pampa Energía, ENAP and Banco Supervielle.
