Leandro Griffa is Audit Manager. He is in the last year of his Business Administration Degree at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).
Leandro is certified in Lean Six Sigma as a Green Belt, this is a structured and focused methodology, based on management leadership, which combines statistical tools with a disciplined problem-solving approach that results in the simultaneous improvement of efficiency and service quality. He also has several courses and certifications in project management and problem solving.
Leandro has been part of Grant Thornton Argentina since 2023. Prior to joining our firm, he worked at a multinational company that offers sustainability solutions as an accounts payable team leader.
Among his most relevant tasks, he coordinated and led a team of 5 associates. In addition, he was responsible for organizing the team for the preparation of accounts payable operation control reports, assembly and analysis of accruals and KPIs.
