Raúl Albertti is Advisory Services Supervisor at Grant Thornton Argentina. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Nueva Esparta (Venezuela). He has additional training in business processes, SAP FI functional consulting, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
Experience
Raúl has over 15 years of professional experience, standing out for his analytical approach, methodological judgment, and ability to coordinate teams, interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical, business-oriented solutions.
He has been involved in assignments for surveying, documenting, evaluating and optimizing operational and financial processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement aimed at strengthening traceability, operational efficiency and compliance with controls. Throughout his career, he has been involved in internal audit projects, control reviews, workflow analyses, evidence validation, key performance indicators monitoring, and in the development of recommendations for process improvement across various industries.
Raúl has vast experience in process audits, internal control, risk assessment, SOX controls and management indicators.
