Patricia Terraza is Senior Manager in the Advisory Services (AS) division. She has a bachelors’ degree in Accountancy from the Universidad Nacional de Salta (UNSa) and has a degree in Audit Anaytics (Universidad Austral - UA) and in Digital Forensic Analysis (Universidad del CEMA - UCEMA), an International certification in Ethics and Compliance (UCEMA) and participated of the Executive Program "Valuation of Companies" of the UCEMA. She also actively participates in international refresher courses.
Patricia is member of the Buenos Aires Economic Sciences Professional Council (CPCECABA) and of the Ethical and Compliance National Association
Patricia joined Grant Thornton Argentina in 2014. As Senior Manager, she leads the TAS team, valuations, purchase price allocation process, anti-corruption compliance services (FCPA), Sox review, internal investigations in LATAM, Compliance, ESG and review of previously agreed processes. Regarding the Public Sector, she supervised the external financial audits of various Public Sector Projects financed by Multilateral Credit Organizations (IDB, World Bank, Fonplata and Corporación Andina de Fomento).
Before joining Grant Thornton Argentina, Patricia worked at Odeco as an auditor of the investments made by different oil companies under Neuquén’s Provincial Law N°2.615.
