Gabriel Currarino is Audit Manager at Grant Thornton Argentina. He is a Certified Public Accountant graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and is studying a master's degree in International Accounting at the UBA.
Gabriel is member of the Technical Committee of Grant Thornton Argentina and from the Studies and Accountancy Committee from the Buenos Aires City Economic Sciences Professional Council (CPCECABA).
Gabriel is a professor of the IFRS international certification program at the Universidad Austral and of Audit at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE). He is also an instructor in various in-house courses.
Gabriel has more than 15 years of professional experience. He has been involved in audits for international companies and groups of different industries. As Audit Manager he oversees issuing financial statements under local regulations and IFRS and assists during the process of issuing negotiable obligations and entry to the public offering regime.
Some of the clients he works with are I-Flow S.A., Hábitat Ecológico S.A. and Grupo Bunge.
Before joining Grant Thornton Argentina, Gabriel was part of the Audit division of one of the Big Four firms.
