Training with the Botella de Amor Foundation

Within the framework of the actions for International Earth Day, on April 26, we participated in an in-house training with the "Botella de Amor" Foundation on the recycling of single-use plastics for the manufacture of wood plastic.

At Grant Thornton we believe that it is important to care for the environment through initiatives that promote the circular economy. For this reason, we encourage our employees to join the "Botella de Amor" project by separating their waste at home and in the office.

All single-use plastics come together in the bottles. Our collaborators will be able to fill the bottles at home and take them to the office to be delivered to the Foundation; and we have also placed bottles in strategic sectors of our offices so that they can deposit their plastic waste there.

This is the story of that day:

Collaboration with Fundación Sí

On September 20 2023, we met at the Buenos Aires office to volunteer for a day and be part of the Fundación Sí toy factory.

We painted wooden figures, turning them into educational games, so that the foundation then donates them to the community centers with which it works throughout the year.

During the months of November and December, in the Buenos Aires office, we carried out a collection of games and toys among our collaborators to donate to the Fundación Sí, so that the children who attend the community centers with which it works receive their Christmas gift.
